All sessions take place in newly refurbished, comfortable and discreet premises at The Hale Village Therapy Centre, which is a short distance from the busy market town of Altrincham and right in the centre of Hale village with the entrance located on Leigh Road, opposite Hale Library. The premises are above Thornley Groves estate agents.
You can park on Leigh Road for an hour or look out for Piccolinos Italian restaurant. Next to it is Crown Passages, which will take you into a large pay and display car park.
There is an door entry system and for my therapy room, press Room 2 buzzer. Please note that the premises are on the second floor and there is no lift.

If you are coming by public transport, there is a direct rail link from Manchester to Hale and it is a 15 minute walk from the Altrincham metrolink and train station.
