All sessions take place in smart, comfortable and discreet premises at The Hale Village Therapy Centre, which is a short distance from the busy market town of Altrincham and right in the centre of Hale village with the entrance located to the rear of Lloyds Bank.

As you drive through Hale village, look out for Piccolinos Italian restaurant. Next to it is Crown Passages, which will take you into a large car park. Parking costs 10p for two hours. Once you've parked look back to the buildings (Sainsburys under construction) and you will see a sign that says The Hale Village Therapy Centre.

There is an door entry system, so ring my buzzer to the left of the gate.

If you are coming by public transport, there is a direct rail link from Manchester to Hale and it is a 15 minute walk from the Altrincham metrolink and train station.
